Battle of Penang Centenary 28 October 2014

There will be a special cachet at Penang GPO on Tuesday, 28 October, 2014 to commemorate the Centenary of the Battle of Penang in World War One. It was actually a sea battle outside the main battlefield of Europe. Collectors are encouraged to make their own covers. There is no official cover or stamp.
