To be informed that PSPP library located at Komtar 4th Floor is officially closed, effective as at today (11.08.2013). Any inconvenient cause to you, we sincerely apologize to you.

Penang Philatelic Society - Stamp Fairs & Exhibition

The stamp fairs & exhibitions are around the corner, I wish all collectors can come to join us for the following event. Let's come to E&O on 27.04.2013 and 28.04.2013 2 days events.
